  • You will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement from our side.

Just so you know, we may hold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.


4. Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  2. The goods are in their original packaging and are not damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling at your end.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned goods once the return is received and approved.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver first and then given to you later:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser, that is, the gift giver.

  • Any communication regarding the payment refund will be directed to the original purchaser.

Oatey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse returns that:

  • Are returned without prior intimation or beyond the 30 day window.

  • Show signs of misuse, tampering, or improper handling after delivery.

In such cases, the goods may be returned to you at your cost, or disposed of in accordance with applicable guidelines, without any obligation to provide a refund or replacement.
